Part 3 Federal Marijuana Laws, “20 Years and Not More Than Life Imprisonment”, Etc!

PART 3 FEDERAL MARIJUANA LAWS: In part 3 we look at some of Title 21, and then take another break, because reading marijuana laws is really boring; or too shocking and upsetting to read the draconian prison terms. No wonder the U.S. Congress got away with making so many laws, they just figure the public goes to sleep trying to read them.

Part 2, Federal Marijuana Laws for Governor Phil Scott To Consider This Morning Before His Big Decision To Ignore, Sign or Veto The Marijuana Bill On His Desk!

Today we start off with Title 18 Criminal laws: explosives & marijuana; prisons & marijuana; and then Title 19 international treaties & marijuana. Please keep in mind that changing state marijuana laws does NOT change federal laws which are spelled three different ways in the federal laws: marijuana, marihuana and cannabis.

How Police In Australia Test Drivers For Marijuana!

How police in Australia test drivers for marijuana!  I saw this in a movie.  I get some really great DVD’s at yard sales in the summer.  I just can’t wait for yard sale season to start again!   O.K., I don’t recall the name of the movie, and I’d have to dig through boxes to find it, but basically it goes like this, sort of:

Eagle Eye View of Brattleboro

John Podesta is the chairman of the 2016 Hillary Clinton presidential campaign. He previously served as chief of staff to President Bill Clinton and Counselor to President Barack Obama.

On October 7, 2016, WikiLeaks started to publish thousands of emails reportedly retrieved from Podesta’s private Gmail account. Podesta and the Clinton campaign did not confirm or deny the authenticity of the emails and along with others have stated that the Russian government is behind the leaks. The New York Times reported that when
asked, president Putin replied that Russia was being falsely accused. “The hysteria is merely caused by the fact that somebody needs to divert the attention of the American people from the essence of what was exposed by the hackers.”

The New King of Thailand

Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn has become the new King of Thailand, succeeding the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej.

In the late 1980’s and early 1990’s I was working at Capital Children’s Museum in DC and one of the exhibits we built was in conjunction with the government of Thailand. We filled a room the size of about three or four classrooms with examples of Thai art, architecture, food, music, language, costume, etc. and the Thai government helped out with money, artifacts and crafts, and even helped construct small buildings.

Ode to Oxycontin, Upon Breaking Two Arms

On Healing Two Arms

The bones demand many naps
and I deny them not a thing.
But napping leads to dreamland
where Startle-man is King.

Boulders fall in his catacombs,
boards fly through his walls,
his bears tear holes in canvas tents,
and his horses kick through stalls.
