  I don’t buy that Gates is “#1 Murderer of Kids Dying 1 Every 5 Seconds” just because he is richest billion of 540 of them in the U.S. There are, in fact, a “total of 1,810 billionaires in the world with an aggregate net worth: $6.5 trillion.”
  [“Credit Suisse’s “Global Wealth in 2015” measured the number of millionaires in the US: 15.7 million millionaires, highest in the world.”]
