NOTICE BY CONCERNED VERMONT RESIDENT, Cris Ericson, TO VERMONT SUPREME COURT OF FRAUDULENT CONCEALMENT OF MATERIAL FACTS AND QUESTION OF MATERIAL FACTS NOT ADDRESSED IN LOWER COURT.
In the case of Appellants James Marc Leas, Richard Joseph,
Juliet Beth Buck and Roger Bourassa who are trying to stop
the F-35 fighter jets from being based at the Burlington
International Airport, they should be encouraged by the Court
to file an Amended Complaint because material facts
that the F-35 fighter jets will carry NUCLEAR BOMBS
was fraudulently concealed and the law was not applied
to the concealed material facts; and the lower court did not
provide the necessary material facts under
“Factual Background”

Cris Ericson, an opposing candidate, accused him of fraud affecting the outcome
of the election.
Now, the facts in the news are that the F-35 jets
will carry nuclear bombs.
Obviously, the nuclear bombs will be stored at the
Burlington International Airport, used by civilians as well
as the adjacent National Guard, thereby making the
most populated city in Vermont,
Burlington, a potential target
for terrorists, which is such an “attractive nuisance”
it constitutes unconscionable negligence.
