Planning Commission activity to define values within Town Plan subject areas. The activity will serve as both Planning Commission input and testing potential activity to do with the public.
7:30 – 7:45 Request for Land Use Amendment/Zoning and Water and Sewer Districts (cont.)
Follow-up discussion on potential options for bringing the Land Use Regulations into compliance with State statute. Staff update on questions pertaining to the statute.
7:45 – 7:55 Updates
• Outreach about recent housing amendments to the LURs – Review and approve draft outreach letter to properties in the Service Center zoning district
• Downtown Bike Parking Project – updates as appropriate
