• Review water and sewer mapping to understand constraints.
• Discuss options for upzoning parcels of land that are served by water and sewer and unconstrained.
• Decide on recommended adoption process (interim zoning bylaw vs. amendment).
• Make recommendations for Water and Sewer Ordinance amendments to be shared with the Public Works Department and Selectboard.

• Share word cloud of values. Review recommended changes to the activity from the October meeting.
• Future Land Use: Identify areas of Town to Maintain, Evolve, and Transform
