I-91
Single lane closure of the passing lanes on I-91 Northbound and Southbound will continue for the week of October 13. The lanes will remain closed over the weekend.
Route 30
The speed limit on Route 30 near the work zone has been reduced to 40 mph. This reduction will remain in effect through August 2016. Truck activity on Route 30 will continue for the week of October 13. On Wednesday, October 16 and Thursday, October 17, Route 30 will be reduced to a single lane. Flaggers will regulate traffic flow.
Upper Dummerston Road
No impacts anticipated for the week of October 13.
West River Trail
Truck activity on the West River Trail will continue for the week of October 13. The trail from the I-91 bridges to the marina will be closed for al of the week of October 13. Through access will not be allowed from the north due to construction.

So far so good...
The crossover lanes are coming along quite quickly. They also had a truck with a long arm and a person dangling over the edge of the bridge yesterday, checking things under the southbound span.
Traffic seems to build up at certain times of the day, but it doesn’t look like to many are diverting themselves and coming through town.
