For Immediate Release:
All Town departments within the Municipal Center and the administrative offices at the Gibson Aiken Center will be closed on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, from 1:30 to 3:00 for a training.
More vagueness
It’s almost as if the Town now limits words to save money. : )
Just “a training.”
Not a training session.
Nor are we told what this “training” is for. Better behavior? New software? A foreign language? How to draw?
It’s not “a training” for everyone, though… DPW is excluded. So are Parking, Police, and the Fire departments.
Whatever it is, it doesn’t take that long to train everyone. Just an hour and a half is set aside.
