NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
Beginning Tuesday, October 10, Northeast Paving (a contractor of the town) will be milling and paving on Flat Street, Frost Street, Elm Street and Lynde Place. This work is expected to take four days to complete, weather permitting.
Crews will be working between 6:00am and 6:00pm (please see schedule below). There will be no on-street parking during this project and motorists should expect delays in the area and seek alternate routes.
The MOOVER Bus pick up/drop off point will move to Elliot Street on Thursday, 10/12. During the closure vehicle access to the affected properties will be available with delays. All sidewalks will remain open.
Tuesday, 10/10
One-way traffic on Flat Street from Main Street to Elm Street with temporary closures on Lynde Place and Elm Street.
Wednesday, 10/11
Alternating traffic on Frost Street with temporary closures on Lynde Place and Elm Street.
Thursday, 10/12
Flat Street, Lynde Place and Elm Street will be closed. The MOOVER Bus pick up/drop off point will move to Elliot Street. The Preston Parking Lot and Elm Street Parking Lot will be closed.
Friday, 10/13
Frost Street open to local traffic only, with temporary closures and Elm Street closed. The Elm Street Parking lot will be closed.
