The Brattleboro Listers will hold grievance hearings in the Town Office at 230 Main Street starting Monday June 11, 2018. Applications for a hearing are available at the Assessor’s Office or online at www.Brattleboro.org on the Assessor’s page. Applications should be physically received in the Assessor’s office by 5:00 pm June 11, 2018 to schedule a hearing.

THE TOWN OF BRATTLEBORO ANNOUNCES THE FILING OF THE 2018
ABSTRACT GRAND LIST AND THE SCHEDULING OF GRIEVANCE HEARINGS.
Pursuant to title 32, Vermont Statutes Annotated, section 4111(g), “A person who feels aggrieved by the action of the Listers and desires to be heard by them, shall, on or before the day of the grievance meeting, file with them his objections in writing and may appear at such grievance meeting in person or by his agents or attorneys. Upon the hearing of such grievance the parties thereto may submit such documentary or sworn evidence as shall be pertinent thereto.”
The Town of Brattleboro Abstract Grand List will be lodged May 24, 2018. This same day, change of assessment notices will be mailed. The Brattleboro Listers will hold grievance hearings in the Town Office at 230 Main Street starting Monday June 11, 2018.
