In observance of the July 4th holiday, all Town offices will be closed on Friday, July 4, 2014, with the exception of emergency services.
Parking is free at all metered spaces and in the pay-and-display lots on Friday, July 4. All other violations, including extended parking will be enforced.
Brooks Memorial Library will be closed on Friday, July 4, 2014. It will be open for normal business hours on Thursday, July 3, and Saturday, July 5, 2014.
Trash, recycling and composting schedules will not be affected by the holiday. All curbside pick ups will be on the regular schedule.
The BeeLine bus will not run on Friday, July 4. It will run its normal schedule on Thursday, July 3, and Saturday, July 5, 2014. Any questions should be directed to The Current (formerly Connecticut River Transit) at 802-460-7433.

By the People; Brattleboro Goes Fourth Parade
July 4 – 10:00am; from BUHS through downtown to the Common
Fireworks at Living Memorial Park
July 4 -approximately 9:30pm
Fourth of July Festivities are financed through a citizens committee. Donations are being accepted during the parade and at Living Memorial Park before the fireworks.
