        Public Participation

        I think the revised warning basically corrects the problem, but it would have been better if public participation were on the agenda, as it usually is.

        Regardless, being heard at a pubic meeting is a right so I am certain that there will be an opportunity to speak out. Since it is not mentioned on the agenda, I just want to be sure that ibrattlboro readers understand that they will be able to speak at the meeting if they wish to.
