What are the proposed changes?
I clicked the link, and learned that the Putney Coop board is proposing bylaw changes with profound implications. There is a PDF of the entire bylaws, but I saw no discussion summarizing the issues.
During the past year I suffered from bylaw overexposure, and now I break out in hives at the sight of bylaws, so I had to close that page quickly. I wonder if someone with knowledge of the proposed changes can summarize for ibrattleboro readers what the major issues are?
