Microsoft WORD Advice

In Microsoft WORD 10, I can no longer draw horizontal lines using ### (+ enter), – – – (+ enter)  or = = =(+ enter).

How can I restore this function?

    I’d check your autoformat options, or do a google search for “automatically creating border lines.”

      Thanks – it worked.
      The search told me how to eliminate the lines, so I did it backwards.

    Might be a good time to remind people there is an alternative to Microsoft Word called Open Office – free, open-source, and quite useful.
