Brattleboro Citizens’ Breakfast Invitation
Brattleboro Memorial Hospital Center for Wound Healing
The next Brattleboro Citizens’ Breakfast is planned for Friday, February 20, 2015 at the Gibson Aiken Center, downstairs, hosted by Senior Meals. Doors open at 7:30am.
We plan to hear from Frederick Harrison, an administrator at the Brattleboro Memorial Hospital Center for Wound Healing. As explained on the Center’s webpage, http://www.bmhvt.org/center-for-wound-healing: “… a wound that won’t heal . . . can be more than an annoyance. It can mean restricted activities and another day of pain or discomfort. The BMH Center for Wound Healing provides specialized treatment for non-healing, chronic wounds or wounds that have not significantly improved from conventional treatments.” A clinical nursing staff person will be on hand to answer more technical questions.
=> Because we need to plan for the number of people having breakfast, please RSVP by no later than Tuesday, February 17 by replying to Robt.Oeser@gmail.com (or calling 518-505-9031)
=> The breakfast, provided by Senior Meals will feature ham and eggs. Cost is $6.00 for those under 60 years of age. ($3.50 is the suggested donation for those over 60 years.)
=> Brattleboro Time Traders may use one time credit hour to attend the breakfast, hosted by Brattleboro Senior Meals (Meals on Wheels).
