We have not been receiveing our Health Connect Bill in the mail.
Today I tried to make a payment via phone for Health Connect. Here is the log of what transpired.
- On hold.
- After 27 minutes, talked to human being, whom I was able to tell that I wanted to make a payment.
- Transferred to next line. Now waiting to talk to payment specialist.
- At 41 minutes since dialing: Talked to payment specialist, who put me on hold.
- About 48 minutes from dialing, talking to payment specialist.
- After 51 minutes payment processed. Informed that multiple payments, are not allowed over the phone.
Note: our premium is liteally 1/30th of what it cost me when I had a job that offered insurance. There have been many snafus and hideous inefficiencies, but you can’t beat the premiums.
Lesson ?: Pay via website. Or pay many months in advance via snail mail.
