It looks like the lowest monthly cost is between $300-400 for an individual and the top rates approach $1,500 a month for a family.
A mandatory expense, and for many people it will be a new expense to add into their budgets (ie, those who have chosen to pay cash for medical care as it is needed).
We could have just lowered the Medicare age and adjusted premiums at the national level and had everyone covered.
