This 4-week program (May 30th-June27th) is a support group for people wanting lose weight in a sustainable, healthy, and educated way. Gain greater health and lose weight through nutrition, herbs, lifestyle modification, and yoga.
Program includes 4 group meetings, a free 15 minute consultation, and 25% off an hour long personal consultation with Emily.

Emily Samet, MS, is a clinical nutritionist, herbalist, and yoga teacher. The focus of her practice is to guide her clients to healthier living, by bringing mind, body and spirit into alignment. She brings compassion and understanding to the sometimes intense subjects of weight loss and body image.
