Be Still and Know: Building a Community of Centering Prayer

You are invited to a class on Centering Prayer for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Centering Prayer is a simple method of meditation developed from Christian mystical tradition. Each session will involve teaching, practicing, and sharing.

Starting Wednesday, October 2 5:30-7:00 for seven sessions at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church in the Meeting Room.
