through video! BCTV offers training and video production equipment to volunteers who want to make programming for broadcast on cable channels 8 and 10. BCTV provides free equipment and technical support to anyone who is trained.

To learn how to use BCTV’s cameras or editing suites,
register for an individual “flash” training. This is one-on-one,
hands-on training tailored to your level of expertise and learning style, and
is required before checking out BCTV’s equipment. You may take other workshops
without being certified.
