    Action Verbs

    The only word I understand in this post is ‘Rolf,’ which acts here as a transitive verb, no? To rolf? But alone on its own line one would presume it to be a command – “Rolf, damnit!” The lack of punctuation after it does leave a bit of doubt but proper grammar does not appear to be the strong suit of this poster.

    I really do wonder who put the shifdlog ni eth rewol tarp fo het nofanitu and if they are going to take them out before they freeze.

    I am tempted to take them home. That would be a sort of treasure for myself.

      Still there . . .

      I checked both Brattleboro treasure spots yesterday.

      Both of the treasures remain where I left them, and

      The way things are going with this language puzzle, you may be the only one who’ll have the treasure for yourself.

        Not impossible

        I figured this one out, but have been quiet about it so others can guess the spot.

        I’d say it is one of the easier of the treasure puzzles thus far, but hard enough to require a bit of fun work. This one is great for kids, I’d say.

        (Still thinking about adding a puzzle myself. I have a theme, but need to work it backward to make it a puzzle. Harder than I thought.)

          I think I’m more interested in the chests of treasure than the actual puzzle. (I’d better put a smiley behind this, just in case… 🙂

          Levels

          This was meant as an easy one, as was the previous one. My goal is to create many different puzzles, with different levels of difficulty. Some people really enjoy very difficult puzzles. Other people enjoy word games like anagrams.

          The next puzzler is much more difficult or much more fun, depending on how you react to puzzling puzzlers. I have written it, but I haven’t had the chance to bury the treasure yet. My goal is to have it in the ground by the end of the week and post it on Sunday. My guess is it might take people till next spring to get it out of the ground. That is, I think the ground may freeze before it is solved. But who knows? It really depends on who is out there trying to solve it.
