2. Jan 4, 2021 minutes approved.
3. Tabled recent motions from Barb- too late to prepare for meeting.
4. Climate Change Policy (Beekman Combined Draft)-
General agreement the draft addresses the main issues raised by the Task Force. EQS statute cited. A&P Committee will ask CETF to look into how we can track each building’s carbon footprint, perhaps in concert with staff and students in each building.
Motion to send to Board for ratification approved.
5. Other Business-
Recruitment- Diverse Workforce draft policy- belongs under D1, subarticle 2; first general paragraph will be removed- redundant. Motion to send to Board for ratification approved.
