Is It Treason For A Judge To Take Away President Trump’s Right To Own A Gun, Making Him An Easier Target For Assassins?

Recently, the legal argument of a person being charged with one thing, and then another penalty is tacked on because they own a personal home protection gun, which was entirely unrelated to what they were charged with, has come to my attention.

I wanted to do a show on Twitch.com but I was kicked out after I posted that I wanted to discuss various state medical cannabis, marijuana and marijuana laws, because if you are charged with wrongful possession of cannabis marijuana under various state laws, and you happen to own a gun, the charges are increased.

There is a case in Kentucky which will be heard in February,
and I wanted to discuss it on Twitch, and was immediately banned.
In the Kentucky case, a person was found to have a jar of medical marijuana in December
before the date in January 2025 making it legal in Kentucky.
Unfortunately, they also kept a home protection hand gun in the drawer with the jar of medical marijuana.
Maybe this case will be dismissed, but it seemed like a good subject to discuss
because many people do not know that if you have medical marijuana under state law,
you might not be legally allowed to own a gun.

How many states require full disclosure, where cannabis, marijuana or medical marijuana are legal
under state law, to warn and inform people when they purchase it
that they may have just given up their right to own an gun?

President-elect Donald Trump was sentenced for allegedly covering up payments for
alleged sexual intimacy with a woman outside of marriage.
Many news sources reported that he can no longer own a gun
because he is now a felon under New York state law.

The judge and prosecutor must have known that by convicting and sentencing
President-elect Donald Trump for a state felony, that
under their laws, he would not longer be legally allowed to own a gun.

So, we need to clarify this. Is he no longer allowed to own a gun in New York,
or is be no longer allowed to own a gun anywhere in the United States of America,
including inside the White House?

How could a state judge have any right to take away President-elect Donald Trump’s right
to own a gun inside the White House?

We need this to be clarified.

This “feels” like the state judge and the prosecutor in New York got together in chambers
and laughed their heads off and decided to make President-elect Donald Trump
an easier target for assassins. That’s what it feels like.
It feels like the state judge and the prosecutor committed serious and willful
and intentional TREASON against the people of the United States of America
by disarming President-elect Donald Trump.

The New York state judge and prosecutor aided and abetted enemies of the
United States of America by disarming President-elect Donald Trump and making
him an easier target for assassins by taking away his right to own a firearm.
In my personal opinion, as a citizen of the United States of America,
I call that TREASON by the state judge and prosecutor.

“Trump can still vote after sentencing, but can’t own a gun and will have to turn over DNA sample”

And the DNA sample? Don’t get me started on that. Taking a “pound” of his flesh has gone too far.
