II. Committee Structure: Needs further discussion but possibly rotating the chair and clerk positions.
III. Committee Focus / Items for Discussion
A. Food service in the district
1) Invite WSESU board member from Vernon to join committee
2) Reach out to Sue Grabowski to attend next meeting for her perspective
3) Recheck before and after costs for WNESU switching to inhouse food service
4) How is food service working or not working?
B. High School Preparedness – questions to ask
1) Is preparedness equitable across the district middle schools both academically and socially?
a. Invite Mark to discuss. If there are inequities, possible solutions
b. Afterschool sports equity
