The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm.

DS asked to amend the agenda. We will combine the executive sessions into one.

III. 1 VSA §313 (a)(1)(F) confidential attorney-client communications made for the purpose of providing professional legal services to the body. No action will be made.
RM made motion seconded by TM. Passed unanimously.
A motion was made to find that premature public knowledge would place the board at a disadvantage for the purposes of providing professional legal services to the body. Also inviting Mark Speno and Pietro Lynn.
RM made motion seconded by TM. Passed unanimously.
The Board rose from executive session at 8:18 and there was no action taken.
AB moved we adjourn for the evening at 8:19
