EXECUTIVE SESSION – AT CONCLUSION?
“The Selectboard will then meet in executive session at the conclusion of the meeting.” What does that mean? After executive session, a public body is supposed to return to open session. Then the meeting can conclude.
Has the law changed? Is Brattleboro’s selectboard not following the law? Or is it just a matter of careless writing?
