a. Motions on rotating positions terms per meeting, monthly?
b. Motions on remedying previous published AC meeting minute notes
4. [5 mins] Motions on voting for when Art Committee members reconvene and schedule meeting frequencies

a. Motions on adapting decorum rule to also record of guests’ votes in meeting minute notes, every time committee member votes are counted

e. Motions on voting for amendment for Art committee members to become publicly elected municipal employees and paid initially $25/hour, negotiated to a $27/hour raise after 3 months, annual $3 bonus wage offers, and non salary committee budget

a. List all local soldiers names; including residents deployed out of state too, all within their units/base locations Brattleboro / Wantastegok, N’Dakinna
b. Identify the significant campaign locations and specifically differentiate between battles and major events
c. Indicate the soldiers that died as a result of military causes
d. Acknowledge slavery was never abolished in the Vt constitution, as the state military affairs committee is still processing amendments to currently ratified definitions of legalized slavery
e. Exhibit the original total and individual amounts never paid to substitute / bountied soldiers, explain the inflation rates of those appropriations, and prioritize employing case managers to expedite necessary implementations of reconciling all dues owed
f. Requests for Bids from Artists qualified with both direct experience of Civil War and/or U.S. slavery abolition commemoration facilitation and a professional career dedicated to Civil War and/or Slavery Abolition Education
g. Support fundraising for Civil War Commissions by selling signed prints and/or NFTs of a mock currency featuring local history by depicting pre and post colonial milestones here and recognizing the names of every unpaid person from Civil War military bounty contracts
8. [10 mins] Motions voting on advertising a time frame of RFP reception and deadline for RFPs for a new Municipal Logo and warn a public ballot of the proposals received

10. [20 mins] Motions voting on Art committee member’s meeting invitation to student class officers of local schools to nominate and elect alternatives to “Colonel” mascot
a. Proposal of Bobcat or Sturgeon; iconic to the local people of Odanak and Wolinak Tribes
b. Follow up motions voting on for collecting Art submissions from students under the age of 16, residents with felonies, and non citizens for exhibition in the Municipal Building on what their agenda priorities are, so that People excluded from voting may at least occupy some presence to be seen in government functions
