VFW $7 Lunch Specials Nov. 30th – Dec. 4th
Mon – goulash w/ a salad
Tues – soup and sandwich of choice
Wed – breakfast 6am-9am
Wed – chicken salad BLT w/ garlic fries
Thur – asparagus stuffed bacon wrapped pork w/ roasted potatoes
Fri – beer battered cod & shrimp w/ fries
Opening update: Beginning Monday Nov. 30th, the VFW will be re-opening with many new restrictions in place. We will be open to all VFW Post #1034 members and #1034 Auxiliary members who are current with their dues. We will also allow VT residents inside, but you must have a VT ID. (Please consider to-go’s to support the VFW if you do not feel comfortable coming inside, and call in early)
Our new temporary hours are Mon-Fri from 11am – 4pm. Lunches will be served those days from 11:30am – 1:30pm. We will do the regular Wed. morning breakfast too until further notice from 6am-9am. If you are coming from out of state and are not a member of the post or it’s auxiliary, you may order the lunch or breakfast and pick it up curb side by calling 802-257-0438. Residents of VT will be allowed for inside dining, even if you are not a member. Social distancing and masks mandatory.
Weekend hours are Sat and Sun from 2pm-7pm.
We can remain open under the stipulation that we are a restaurant, so food will be available for purchase during those times. We were told by the State that to remain open, people must be eating and not just drinking alcohol.
This will be a new experience for all involved, and we ask you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times.
