On Monday, April 10, 2017 and Tuesday, April 11, 2017, Church Street (between Green Street and Elliot Street) will be closed to all traffic from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm for operations related to the Central Fire Station upgrade.

Upset Dog
My dog is all bent out of shape because they just cut down his favorite tree.
That Tree is Dangerous!
All part of our plan to get rid of those pesky trees. They cause climate change, right?
I was just counting the number of nice trees lost in my view in the past decade. Far too many. The oak. That maple. Those two pines. The small one blocking that porch. The one that used to smell good this time of year.
Only one neighbor has replaced trees cut down. The neighborhood as a whole has declined with the loss of trees. Less wildlife now. Less privacy. It’s hotter and drier. It’s louder.
