  • I'm glad we have open meeting

I’m glad we have open meeting laws in VT. We’re justifiably upset when someone doesn’t follow the letter and spirit of the law.

I realize this library book thing is supposed to be funny, but it’s not the far off. When do we say someone uses bad judgement? When is it a disqualifying factor?

If I had a record of fender benders, you might not want me in charge of parking safety, right? You might say “but he has bad judgment and isn’t that good with safety,” and you’d be right.

If we aren’t looking at a candidate’s record, and not looking at past actions and decisions, what can be used to make a voting decision?

I feel like I’ve looked at both major candidates records, actions, and decisions, and neither is someone I’d trust to improve much of anything. I’m normally a happy political puppy, and argue FOR voting and FOR democracy. The two major parties are really testing me this year.

I like political humor. I usually go to a political cartoon link for my daily dose of it.

I hear the SNL shows are doing a terrific job with their humor, although I’ve not seen any of them.
