Vermont Governor Peter Shumlin & Speaker of the VT House Shap Smith are Racial Profiling!

Should Vermont Speaker of the House, Shap Smith, be charged with conspiracy with Vermont Governor Peter Shumlin for creating a new form of racial profiling of people charged with a criminal misdemeanor by forcing them to submit to a DNA test because that is just a new form of being Hitler because DNA testing shows whether you are “Cohanim Jewish” J1 haplogroup Y chromosome or Black or Native American Indian, etc.?

DNA testing is a new form of racial profiling to prove by DNA if a person is of Black, or Native American Indian, or “Jewish Cohanim” J1 haplogroup Y chromosome descent, etc. http://www.nationalgeographic.com/genographic

The State of Vermont has been criticized for racial profiling because the proportion of non-white people arrested exceeds the proportion of white people arrested. Vermont is about 94% white caucasian, and sends many prisoners to out-of-state private-for-profit prisons. The state legislature is almost all white caucasian.

http://news10.com/2016/05/05/vt-house-approves-dna-database-bill/ MONTPELIER, Vt. (AP) – The Vermont House has approved legislation that expands the state DNA database by adding to the crimes that prompt collection of DNA samples from people convicted of crimes.

It’s a win for law enforcement in a yearslong tug of war with civil libertarians who have tried to limit the types of crimes that trigger the taking and recording of a DNA samples.

The House action is expected to clear the way for the bill to be sent to Vermont Governor Peter Shumlin for his signature.

The bill calls for those required to give a DNA sample to include anyone
convicted of a misdemeanor carrying a sentence of 30 days or more.

It also includes defendant who have pleaded their cases down from a
charge that brings a DNA test to a lesser charge that normally does not.

  • Author's allegations not corroborated by her links

Of all the links given in CrisEricson’s piece, the only one which claims that the DNA sample are for “racial” profiling, is her first link, which is to an article that she, herself, wrote.

    • response to SK-B, I hope this info helps

Hi! SK-B, the DNA haplogroups for Y chromosome, handed down from
father to son, or mitochondrial DNA, handed down from mother
to children, but only passed down again by daughters to their children,
can be researched by one alphabet letter at a time, for example,
J haplogroup. I think it goes basically from A to Z almost for the
different types of human DNA. The simplest source to start with
      is http://www.nationalgeographic.com/genographic

And don’t go telling Donald Trump about this, or instead of
saying he’s going to stop the immigration of Muslims, he’ll start
saying he wants to stop the immigration of people by DNA if
he wins the Republican National nomination for President.

…Jewish tradition, based on the Torah, is that all
Cohanim are direct descendants of Aaron,
the brother of Moses. The Cohen line is patrilineal
      — passed from father to son without interruption
for 3,300 years, or more than 100 generations….
…The results of the analysis of the Y chromosome
markers of the Cohanim and non-Cohanim were
indeed significant. A particular marker, (YAP-)
was detected in 98.5 percent of the Cohanim,
and in a significantly lower percentage of non-Cohanim…

The two most common Jewish subclades of J1 downstream
      of P58 are Z18297 and ZS227.
The latter includes the Cohanim haplotype.
Most of the other branches under P58 could be described
      as Semitic,
although only FGC12 seems to be genuinely linked
to the medieval Arabic expansion from Saudi Arabia.

Here’s a chart that shows some figures
in areas of the globe with certain haplogroups.
The haplogroups go more or less from A to Z,
but this chart is not in that order.
