This is the Public Info Meeting for the BUHS FY17 budget, which means it is time to remind everyone of the piece by Joerg Mayer, The Power of the Vote, written in 2008 pointing out that the school budget is the bulk of your taxes, yet very few people attend the meeting, push back on the numbers, or ask any questions about it. In the end, you taxes are determined by a small handful of people.
