Tiny habits?
I think this means learning
I think this means learning to make small but important changes in your life that all add up to a more efficient and happy life. I believe the premise is that if you start by changing one thing a day ( or maybe a week) like the way you walk to work or how your kitchen counter is organized then over time many little changes that seem insignificant by themselves can lead to much bigger overall change in your entire life. Don’t take this as a definitive answer- I read an article about this recently and that was what i took away from it. I’ve seen lots of books on this subject in bookstores so I’m thinking it is the newest strategy for simplfying our lives.(which is probably a good thing)
No
You’re dead wrong on this one, KALden. It’s actually about fabricating small head coverings for your own miniature convent. Doll houses are out, monastic enclaves are in.
Ha!
This made me laugh out loud at my desk!
explanation
The Reformer yesterday or the day before had an article, bottom of first page of second section as i recall, by Tristan Roberts (typically the energy efficiency column), detailing the Tiny Habits process. I was curious, because when i saw this BTT page, i earmarked it for future reference (and not because i intend to become a wee nun), and then suddenly, same time, it shows up in the other medium.
Maybe someone can look it up and paste a link here. That is beyond me, esp this evening.
