My friend Ivan and I hiked up Wantastiquet today. What a lovely site it was, to see Brattleboro from up there. I took some photos, unaware of what I was about to capture with my camera.
Yikes. Imagine my suprise and shock when I uploaded this image to my computer.
By the way, the Uiversity of Brattleboro’s Photo Lab has authenticated this photo.
I swear, those are not helium balloons and LEDs
We didn’t, I repeat, did not, launch these ones.
AND
I resent the insinuation created by placing this in the “Creative” thread.
And the answer is drones
“Wait-wait-don’t-tell-me: could they be drones made to look like flying saucers? So they would be dismissed! A cunning scheme.”
hummmmmm~
What's the big deal?
Don’t flying saucers hover over Brattleboro all the time?
Sure, they may hover all the time but...
… I challenge you to get us picture of one.
In fact, it would be great if as many people as possible tried to capture their images with cameras. There must be lots of interesting places around town that these objects show up in. I mean, I would suspect they are near the co-op, a lot. Are there other locations around town that might attract UFO’s ? (Or is it the other way around, certain locations will attract more believers in UFOs? That’s probably more likely)
Please post any images of Brattleboro’s UFO’s here of course. I have found that using photoshop is very helpful in, um, bringing out the fine details in pictures of this nature. GIMP, which is free, also can work wonders when you are trying to lightly edit these kinds of photos.

A little editing goes a long way in making your UFO more, presentable.
Rolf
I would like to take a photo but...
They have made it quite clear to me that I am not permitted to take a camera on board, and that if I ever take a photo of the craft from the outside, they will no longer take me for rides.
Dude
I have many small cameras I could loan you.
Come on.
Please.
Sincerely,
Rolf

I don’t know any other way to get them up here.
posting Flickr photos
Chris tells me that Flickr settings may prevent photos from embedding on other web pages, such as iBrattleboro.
Time on your hands...
People who have seen UFOs do not shout out about it from the mountaintop.
why shout it from the mountaintop...
when you can post it on ibrattleboro!
(got to go now… I’m getting a message from my home galaxy.)
Or, if others will shout it out for you . . .
I did not forward this. It just spread there, on its own, without any help from me.

And I quote
“The photographer claims the University of Brattleboro’s Photo Lab has authenticated this photo. “
