Brattleboro Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce the addition of Paul Stanchfield, PA-C, as a new physician assistant at Brattleboro Internal Medicine, as of March 24.
Stanchfield has more than a decade of experience as a physician assistant, including working at the Brattleboro Retreat, Brattleboro Primary Care, and Mount Anthony Primary Care. He completed the Physician Assistant Program at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Westminster College of Salt Lake City.
“Paul brings with him a wealth of experience in primary care,” says Bonnie McKellar, vice president of Physician Services and Business Development at BMH. “He is well liked and well respected by the community. We are very excited to have him as part of our care team.”
Brattleboro Internal Medicine includes Drs. Richard Burtis, Thomas W. Lewis, and Laura Metsch with Nurse Practitioners Roxanne Karter, APRN, and John Todd, APRN, FNP. They offer comprehensive medical services targeted to all aspects of health with an emphasis on maintaining good health through regular physical examinations, a healthy diet, regular exercise, and appropriate screening tests.
