What about surrounding smaller towns?

As a resident of "the burbs" who works in Brattleboro, I've been following the stories and wondering what's going to happen when the roll-off containers vanish from some of the surrounding towns, and what I'll need to arrange for trash pickup and recycling once I can't take the small quantity I generate to WSWMD any more.

Isn't the plan to have you go to the location on Ferry Rd? I have a vague recollection of that being the new option, but I might be wrong.
