Starting Your Dog in AKC Scent Work

In this workshop:
Teach your dog odor recognition fundamentals
Lay groundwork for solid odor indication
Practice what you learned
Learn how odor behaves
Explore what to expect in trials
Examine AKC scent work regulations

And—3 follow-up video critiques of your technique offered to working teams

Working (limit: 8 handler & dog teams/workshop) and Auditing spots
Working: $50 includes supplies (tin & magnet, air-tight container, cotton swabs (QTips) prepped as per AKC requirements) + 3 follow-up video critiques
Auditing: $30 w/ supplies OR $25 w/o supplies

Working slots: First come, first served.
Working Handlers: Bring lots and lots of small, soft highly yummy treats. If your dog is clicker trained, bring your clicker.

Instructor is an AKC Scent Work judge
