Online Safety & Equifax Breach: How Can We Protect Ourselves?

Date & Time:
Oct 3 2017 - 1:00pm - 2:00pm

The
recent Equifax breach reminds all of us that our online security, just
like our physical security, can be compromised through no fault of our
own. How do we protect ourselves in an increasingly digital world? What
do we know so far about the Equifax situation? What steps can we take
right now to increase our safety? All are welcome to bring these and
other questions to a lunchtime program with Electronic
Services Support Specialist Matthew Wojcik from the Brooks Memorial Library and Certified Financial Planner Kelli J. Warriner from Park Place Financial Advisors in Brattleboro. Feel free to bring your lunch if you like. We'll have coffee & sweets.
