Letter Writing for the Right to Healthcare

Date & Time:
Nov 27 2017 - 5:30pm - 8:00pm

Drop in any time between 5:30 and 8:00 for updates on healthcare in Vermont and to turn your experiences with our healthcare system into a letter to the editor advocating for the human right to healthcare. Whether you are having trouble paying for premiums, co-pays or deductibles, lack health insurance, or are concerned about losing insurance you currently have, your story matters! Or,if you work in the healthcare field--perhaps as a nurse, LNA, or homecare provider--please come and share your experience on the frontline of caring for patients. We'll have information and tools to help with letter writing. Family friendly/children welcome. Sponsored by the Vermont Workers' Center/Healthcare Is A Human Right campaign.
