Irish Language Class Series Begins

Date & Time:
Jan 8 2018 - 5:00pm - 6:30pm

(Irish version below)

A beginner’s Irish language class is being offered in
Brattleboro, starting in January.  It has been several years since we’ve
had an entry-level class and, unlike other times, there is an active Irish
language community ready to welcome new students, so this is a unique and rare

The class will be on Monday evenings, beginning at 5:00 pm
and will run for 12 weeks.  Each evening will include a short period of
overlap with the advanced class, giving new students a chance to interact with
more fluent speakers and for all of us to learn from one another.

The class series is free, but students will need to acquire
a copy of the book “Gaeilge Gan Stró – Beginners Level” (“Irish without
stress”), which can cost upwards of $60 or more new.  (Here’s a link
on Amazon.com, but you might find it cheaper elsewhere.)

If you are interested, contact me directly.  If you
know someone else who might be, feel free to share my contact information with

 (I nGaeilge)

A chairde:

Cuirfear bunrang
Gaeilge ar fáil in Brattleboro, ag tosú i mí Eanáir.  Tá tamall maith ann
ó bhí rang an leibhéil seo againn agus, neamhchosúil le hamanna eile, tá pobal
gníomhach Gaeilge ann agus táthar réidh fáilte a chur roimh mhic léinn
nua.  Is annamh an deis í.

Beidh an rang ar
siúl tráthnóna ar an Luan, ag tosú ag a chuig a chlog agus rithfidh sé ar feadh
dhá sheachtain déag.  Beidh tamall beag i gcomhthráth leis an ardrang,
chun seans a thabhairt do na daoine nua teagmhail a dhéanamh le daoine a bhfuil
Gaeilge níos líofa acu agus chun chuile dhuine againn a bheith ag foghlaim
lenár gcéile.

Tá sraith na
ranganna saor in aisce, ach caithfidh gach duine leabhar a fháil (“Gaeilge
gan Stró – Beginners Level”
), a bhfuil costas air suas le $60 nó níos
mó.  (Sin nasc
ar Amazon.com, ach is féidir go bhfaighidh tú ceann níos daoire ag áit eile.)

Má tá suim agat,
bí i dteagmhail liom go díreach.  Má tá a fhios agat ar dhaoine eile a
mbeadh suim acu air, roinn mo shonraí teagmhala leo.
