Free Class 4 Kids Fun Foods From Around the World: Poland

Date & Time:
Nov 30 2017 - 3:30pm - 5:00pm

When you enter our cooking classroom, you will be transported to
Poland, where we will be making the national dish of this fertile Eastern
European country: pierogi (or as
Lizi's Mom used to call them, "varenyky"). Kids and adults alike eat
these savory (or sweet) small, pillowy dough pockets filled with cabbage,
onions and mashed potatoes. In order to honor the Vermont Harvest of the Month
vegetable, we will make ours with sweet potatoes, just to see how a global
treat tastes with a local eat. Instructor: Lizi Rosenberg

You must register for this class: call 802-246-2821 or email msbfc@sover.net
