BrattleMasters International Speech and Table Topics Contest

This week's meeting of BrattleMasters will feature two speech contests. The public is invited to attend but only members may compete. Please come to the Marlboro College Graduate Center, 28 Vernon St, at 6 p.m., Thursday March 9.

In one of the contests, members will have five to seven minutes to deliver a prepared speech. In the other contest, members will have one to two minutes to speak extemporaneously on a topic presented that evening. The winners of each contest will advance to the next level where they will compete against the winners of clubs in Rutland, Barre, Montpelier, and West Lebanon, NH.
