BrattleMasters Members Hone Speaking Skills

Members of BrattleMasters, the local Toastmasters club, will work on their speaking skills, including time management and limiting the use of filler words, at their next meeting on Thursday June 8. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at the Marlboro College Graduate Center, 28 Vernon Street in Brattleboro. Susan Riedo will be the Toastmaster of Evening. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend, and is invited to participate in the extemporaneous speaking exercises. There will also be prepared speeches, evaluations, and reports by members.

Since 1924, Toastmasters International has helped people from diverse backgrounds become more confident speakers, communicators, and leaders. For information about the local Toastmasters club, please visit http://brattleboro.toastmastersclubs.org
