Introduction to Making Hard Cider at Scott Farm Orchard

Learn from Cider Maker Jason MacArthur, the co-owner of Whetstone Cider Works in Marlboro, about apple varieties, techniques, equipment, yeast strains, fermentation, bottling and racking for producing this delicious, affordable, easy-to-make elixir at home. Basic cider equipment and fresh cider for fermenting will also be available for sale. Registration required. $50 per person.
