Free Plant-Based for Beginners Class in Brattleboro

Join Meg Donahue from MamaSezz during a FREE Brattleboro class to learn about the power of food as medicine and how your health could improve when you move from foods that hurt to foods that heal! PLUS, enjoy some healthy and delicious plant-based snacks from MamaSezz on the house!

We'll have 4 FREE 1-hour classes on Thursdays, starting August 3rd. Join us for 1 or all 4 classes! Drop ins welcome!
