Healing with Art: Artists and the Environment

Date & Time:
Sep 7 2017 - 6:00pm - 8:30pm

Many artists express a deep caring for the environment, which is so vulnerable in this time. How can art empower us to take part in the healing of the world? How can art ground our sense of interconnectedness in the web of life? Can an artistic practice deepen one’s experience of the natural world and one’s experience of being part of it? How does art engage our outer and inner worlds? Come explore these timely questions in a way that engages the mind, heart, and spirit.Refreshments will be served after the program. This hands-on workshop is free but participation is limited, so pre-registration is required. More information: https://www.facebook.com/events/857307667752150
